FAQs

Common Questions About Working With Us

Everything you need to know before applying.

Do I need ABA experience to apply?

Not always. For Behaviour Technician roles, we provide full RBT training and BCBA supervision. A passion for working with children is the most important thing.

Do you support RBT certification?

Yes. We actively support our therapists in completing their RBT certification, including the required supervision hours from our qualified BCBAs.

What areas of the UK do you cover?

We operate across London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Glasgow, Cardiff, and surrounding areas. We also offer fully remote virtual therapy roles.

Is a DBS check required?

Yes, all roles require a valid DBS check. If you don't have one, we can guide you through the application process — there's no upfront cost to you.

What are the working hours like?

Hours vary by role. We offer full-time, part-time, and bank (flexible) positions. Many therapists work a mix of weekday afternoons and weekends.

Can I apply speculatively?

Absolutely. We're always growing and keen to hear from talented people. Select "Speculative Application" in the form and tell us about yourself.
